At Loughborough Speakers’ recent club meeting, we enjoyed an exceptional meeting featuring three prepared speeches centered on the theme of “three silver linings,” which aimed to encourage finding positivity in difficult situations. In addition, we had speeches entitled “Just a Dream,” exploring the interpretations of our dreams, and “Is It a Failure or a Success,” which highlighted the importance of acknowledging failures as stepping stones towards success. Our educational director, Ben, led a training session on speech structuring, and Christine chaired an enjoyable topics session, which Maja was the winner.👏 Our next meeting is scheduled for May 22nd, 2023, come and join us! 😊😊
